Discovery & Strategy
The partnership with Zwaan was initiated with a comprehensive brand audit and an analysis of the contemporary fashion landscape. By drawing inspiration from global industry leaders and conducting deep-dive competitor research, we identified a vital opportunity: the need to bridge the gap between high-fashion aspirationalism and the raw, authentic artistry of the atelier.
Our strategy centered on "The Narrative of Craft." We moved beyond traditional product showcases to focus on the "Making Of" journey—capturing the lifespan of a garment from its initial sketch to the final stitch. This transparency was designed to build trust and elevate Zwaan’s perceived value, creating a brand identity that felt both quiet and intelligent.ical skill behind each collection.

Creative Execution & Impact
We executed a 360-degree approach that integrated creative direction, social media management, and influencer relations. The production was handled entirely in-house, focusing on a minimal, story-led aesthetic that allowed the texture and movement of the Summer Collection to take center stage. Content Production: Led the end-to-end creative planning of the Summer Collection photoshoot, producing over 50+ high-resolution visual assets for digital campaigns and web banners. Digital Storytelling: Orchestrated a video-first social strategy, specifically producing high-retention Reels that showcased the garment-making process. Influencer Advocacy: Managed the brand’s influencer marketing end-to-end, ensuring that every external partner’s content aligned seamlessly with Zwaan’s refined visual language.
By linking intentional storytelling with strategic product promotion, the brand’s digital footprint was completely transformed. The integration of process-led content and a structured social management framework resulted in a 228% growth in overall views and a significant 45% increase in sales. At the project's conclusion, Zwaan was equipped with a cohesive visual story and a flexible content library, providing them with a strong conceptual backbone for all future seasonal releases.
